About us
Buda Juniors is an English-language, multi-national football club in Budapest, Hungary for children aged 4 to 19 years old. Run by Janos Banfi, a former Hungarian national team captain with 14 years experience of playing professional football and qualified with the UEFA coaching license, we play at Csilleberc in the Buda hills of the 12th district.

Pilisvörösvár - Buda Juniors FC Score: 8-5 Goals: Chris A. 5
The Buda Juniors team made up of our oldest players (consisting of mostly players born 2000/2001) came up against Pilisvörösvár on Saturday the 7th. Both teams struggled in the heavy wind and extreme cold but although the conditions were not ideal it was a very useful friendly contest.
There were some exceptional performances: Kris scored 5 goals, while Marci and Valentin came up with some sensational defensive display.
Our team started slow but found the rythm of the game coming back from 0-2 to make it 2-2. Then – thanks to the tricky weather conditions as well – the goals kept coming with the match ending 5-8.
It is clear that there is plenty of room for improvement but it was a great opportunity for our players to practice against another team and to gain valuable experiance.
